"My father passed away recently and ICS handled his transport, cremation and delivery services. From the start, Mr Craig was wonderful to speak with, he has a very compassionate voice that was very comforting at a difficult time. Everyone I spoke with at ICS was very clear on ICS’s processes, prices, etc so there were no financial surprises. Further, ICS handled everything in a timely way and delivered on all of their promises and timelines. I was happy to utilize a family business to handle my families needs, instead of a huge, uncaring bottom-line centric conglomerate that has a one size fits all approach and sometimes even applies hard sales tactics. I will use ICS from now on - they were top notch! "
