"This is a very difficult time in our lives, since we have lost both of our Mothers in the last year. My Father passed away in 2019 and ICS handled all of his arrangements, including coordinating a Military Honors ceremony. His services and arrangements were so impressive, that we knew that ICS would be our choice for future family needs. ICS always responded quickly and professionally once we contacted them. At no time did we feel pressured to agree to something more profitable for the furneral home. In our opinion, this is how all furneral homes should operate their businesses. "When I left the hospital they said make arrangements. I was in 1 city he was in hospital in another. I had called 3 or 4 before I found this number. I called he listen while I cried and said why dont you do this. I left everything in his hands. I called the hospital and gave her [his nurse] the name and number. her words, He will be taken care of. T hey just helped me get his dd-214 . I cant say enough for these people. Their feelings are real and you feel so safe and know all will be allright"
