‎William Leonard “Buster" Fizer, 84, passed away on Friday, July 18 , 2025 after a long illness.

Born on March 11, 1941, he was the son of the late Daniel Kearney Fizer and Mary Ellen Wiseman of
Charleston, WV.

Buster was also preceded in death by his son Daniel Craig Fizer and three brothers, Danny, David and Roger Fizer as well as two sisters, Jane Merritt and Mary Sue Tolley.

Buster is survived by his wife Zettia Fizer of 39 years, his son William Jefrey Fizer (Sharon), two daughters, Mary Noble (Russ) and Jessica Thornton (Matt). Buster is also survived by seven grandchildren Kaitlin Smith (Jason), Shanna Jordan (Payton), Shiloh Parrish, Hannah Noble, Jake Noble, J.T. Thornton, and Caroline Thornton. He is also survived by two precious great grandchildren Astor
Smith and Grady Jordan. He also is survived by two brothers Jerry and Joe Fizer of West Virginia

A private memorial service will be held later in the fall.
