It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresa E. Shepperson 73, loving Mom, Gma and friend. She left us on October 29, 2025 after a long illness. Theresa was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 20, 1952 and lived in Lake City, Florida for the past 25 years.

Theresa is preceded in death by her parents William J. Elmore & Mary L. Elmore, siblings June Elmore, Theodore Elmore, Robert Elmore and Robin Bost.

Theresa loved going to local springs, the beach and weekend getaways. She loved her family and church family.

Theresa is survived by her children Mark Shepperson, Juan Shepperson and daughter/friend Heather Starling of Lake City, Fl. Sister Lorraine Elmore Venny, brother Tyrone Lee both of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Grandkids Jyrell, Jaylon, Keshaun, Jordan, Nyah and Izaiah (Izzy) Shepperson. And a host of nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life November 22, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. until...will be held at The Community Revival Center
