On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Suzanne Herder, the Matriarch of the Herder Family passed away at the age of 88. Suzanne was a loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Aunt. In 2006 she was preceded in death by Her Loving Husband of 53 years, William Herder, Sr. She is survived by Her Son, William Herder, Jr. (his Wife Cheryl), Her Daughters, Linda Herder Tivy and Daughter Donna Herder Ward. Sue had 2 Grandsons: Michael Herder (wife Diana) with 2 Great-Granddaughters (Alessandra and Anabella) and Brandon Herder (wife Xiao Yun) with Great-Granddaughter Audrey Jane and Great-Grandson William James. She will be missed by Her Nephew Jeffrey Buongiorno and Niece Michele Lucia and many loving friends. Suzanne was best known for her quick-witted humor, fierce determination and generous spirt. Her Italian cooking and delicious baking skills were enjoyed by all who knew her. She will forever be in the hearts of her family and friends. A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023. The event will be at 12:00 noon at Casa Isabel, 2338 NW Bascom Norris Dr., Lake City, FL 32055.
