Penny Lee Carrier, age, 50, died peacefully in the presence of her family on February 14, 2026 at their home in O’Brien, FL after a courageous battle with cancer.

Penny was born on February 26, 1975 in Quitman, Georgia. She graduated from Adairsville High School and graduated Columbus State University earning a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education She was an educator in Arizona, Georgia, and Florida. Penny was happily married to Tim Carrier, who was her partner in life for almost 11 years at the time of her death.

Penny is survived by her husband Tim Carrier, her 2 children Victoria Phillips, Walter Phillips, 3 children through marriage Jonathan Carrier, Nathan Carrier, Kaitlyn Carrier, and 4 grandchildren.

Besides spending time with her family, and friends, Penny had a passion for teaching school, traveling, escape rooms, arts and crafts, going to the beach and caring for our dog Jazzy. Penny had a bright and energetic personality and was known for always being positive even through her illness. Penny would always say, “ I’m in Gods Will for my life, and I accept it “. She touched so many lives for her loving, caring, and passion for life.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday February 28, 2026 at 11am at Living Springs Family Worship Center in Branford, FL
