NANCY E. SMITH

March 28, 1961 – February 28, 2025

Nancy Elizabeth Smith, a devoted Christian woman has been called home to meet our Lord and Savior on February 28, 2025.

She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was raised by her loving father Leon Jahnke, who preceded her in death.

Nancy was a wonderful woman with many talents. She loved to cook, knit, garden and landscape. She also proudly served in the United States Navy. Nancy truly could do anything she set her mind to. Amid all her talents, she still enjoyed spending time with her family most of all.

She is survived by Stephen J. Smith, her adoring husband of 30 years, two sons, Michael Grenon, Samuel Grenon, two brothers, Sam Jahnke, David Jahnke, grandchildren and two cats Charlie and Hemi.

Nancy will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at: ICS Cremation and Funeral in Lake City, FL, On March 13, 2025, 5:00PM-7:00PM
