Obituary List

On January 23, 2024, Nanci Hamilton-Hoffman passed away at the age of 80. She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Hamilton; her daughter, Nancy Taylor; her son, Arthur Hoffman; her nephew Nathanial Trussel; and her grandchildren, Lauren Shelton, Taylor Hoffman, and Jack Taylor.

Nanci was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on January 26, 1943. She resided in Tallahassee, Fl and was an elementary school teacher for over 40 years with the last 14 years at Buck Lake Elementary. Nanci was awarded Teacher of the Year in 1987 and won 1st Place of the AT&T Virtual Classroom Contest in 1998 where the grand prize was a trip with a group of students to Hong Kong.

Nanci loved spending time at the beach and exploring the outdoors while camping, fishing, and hunting. She loved playing canasta with her friends and spending time with family and her pup Angel.
