Erma Jean Keifer (Jeanie) born May 27th, 1933, in Neola, West Virginia passed into the promised presence of the Lord on August 2nd, 2024, in Lake City, Florida. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grand-aunt and servant to all. She preceded in death by her loving husband Richard Leroy Keifer of 56 wonderful years and Son; Richard Larry. Keifer (Rick). May they reunite and rejoice together.

Erma is survived by; sister; Meyna Ryder Williams, brother; Robert Williams, and by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and a loving Church family.

She also preceded in death by her Father Floyd Ryder, Mother; Lola Jackson Deason, Step-Father; Albert Deason, Brother; William Carl (Billy) Ryder(Lois Ryder), Sister; Marianna Ryder Sampson, (Joseph Sampson), Sister; Margie Ryder Bailes, (Red Bailes), Sister; Felicia Ryder Bennett (Roy Bennett), Brother; Nelson Ryder, (Grace Ryder), Brother; Lloyd Winston (Wink) Ryder, (Rita Ryder), Sister; Doris (Red) Ryder, (Adeline), and Brother; Richard Gladys (Dick) Ryder, (Myrtle Ryder).

Erma enjoyed spending time with her family and being in the presence of the Lord. She was employed by JJ Babbitt in Indiana for 37 wonderful years after her husband retired from the United States Army.

She was a faithful member of Lake City Christian Church where her services will also be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2024, at 12:00pm.
