Ellen E. Mitidieri, 85, of Live Oak, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Haven Hospice Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City. She was born on May 3, 1940, in Camden, New Jersey, to the late Alfred P. Davies and Ellen M. Davies.

She moved to Live Oak in 1994. She was a long-time member of New Harmony Methodist Church. She owned and operated Southern Skies Ranch where she raised cattle, horses, and goats.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family, leaving behind much love and strength. Her warmth, laughter, and generosity touched all who met her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Mitidieri, Jr., her brothers, Richard and William Davies.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa “Terri” Ursomarso (Ernie), of Lake City, sons, Michael Hennessy, of New Jersey, John Hennessy, of Largo, and Brother Barry Davies of New Jersey. She also leaves behind two grandchildren, Stephanie Eastwick (Adrian) and Nicholas Ursomarso (Ashley), of New Jersey, Shannon Coleman (Owen), of Pennsylvania, Sean Hennessy, of New Jersey, along with one great-grandchild, Marilyn Eastwick.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., and New Harmony Methodist Church, in Live Oak. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Haven Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center, Lake City, FL.
