Elex Leonard Sapp III, Leon, 68, of Live Oak passed peacefully on November 11th. Leon was born July 21, 1957 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Leon was a man with many interest and accomplishments. His true passion was being a commercial fisherman and running his cattle farm.

Leon is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Debra Sapp of Live Oak, his son, Lenny, Sapp, and stepson Christopher LaForte with wife Yani all of Live Oak. He also leaves behind his pride and joy, his little love, his granddaughter Milani. Leon leaves behind sisters; Mary Ann Lee, Christine Walker (Thompson), Jewel Jenkins and Annita Sapp- Galyon. He was predeceased by his parents and grandparents.

A celebration of life in honor of Leon will be held shortly after the holiday season.
