David Lewis Spencer
April 10, 1956 - December 13, 2025
In loving Memory of a great man, David Lewis Spencer, who passed away peacefully on
December 13, 2025, in Perry, FL. David was born in Fairmont, WV, to Gene Spencer and Althea Johnson, and moved to Tampa, FL as a teenager.
From there, he met his wonderful wife, JoAnn.They married in 1983 and had two children. David was a caring man who tried to make everyone laugh. He loved his family, God and his country.
He is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn, two children, Lauren and Andrew, and his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Met Dave in 1977. He was my husband's best friend and fishing and hunting buddy. He was a funny loyal guy. Loved his wife and kids dearly. He will be always missed.
