Darlene Sawyer unexpectedly passed on Monday, April 1, 2024. She was at HCA Hospital with much of the family she dearly loved as she drew her last breath. Born on January 29, 1951 in Miami, Florida.

Darlene’s love for words led her to have a love for books and reading. She was an avid reader. Her hobbies included sewing, decorating, watching HGTV, and baking. Alma’s legacy is one of boundless strength, selfless dedication, and loyalty.

She was survived by her daughters Kellie Beaty (Chandler), and Samantha. Her brother Randy Holland (Julie). Her 6 grandchildren, Jaida, Natalie, Earnest, Keidrick, Maliek, and Lila. 3 nieces Carmen, Lora, and Lisa.
