Christmas Day Jesus celebrated his birthday by bringing home one of his beloved followers. Mr. Bill welcomed his Angel with loving arms, as Carmoleta Chandler went to her forever home. Carmoleta Faulk Chandler was born June 30, 1932 and left her earthly home on December 25, 2022. She was born in Ocoee, Florida, she went by Toni most of her life, as she was a bit of a tomboy in her younger years. She married the love of her life in 1963, William D Chandler, they have 5 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Toni was loved by her brothers and sisters as well as niece and nephews and all her children and grandchildren. Toni loved animals and had many pets through her life, though she treated them more as humans on 4 legs and often covered their ears if someone called them a “dog” or “cat”! She loved going to church and spending time with family. Toni had prayer lists around her home and when she sat near those lists she prayed for her family and friends. She travelled often to many places, living in Hawaii, Virginia and Florida and visiting many different states. Toni was preceded in death by her Husband of 56 years William Chandler, her parents Wilma and Jerry Unwin, her brothers Carol and Curtis, her sisters Vonceil, Sonny and Jean. She is survived by her Children Grace (Jim), Delores, Jeannette (Bob), Richard (Tammy), Jerry (Donna), many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Toni will be missed and loved by all who knew her and her love. She is eating her calorie free chocolate in Heaven today!

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, January 27th 2023, at 11:00 am at the Watertown congregational Methodist church located at 1024 NE Okinawa Street, Lake City, FL 32055. Pastor Randy Ogburn to officiate. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Samaritan’s Purse. www.samaritanspurse.org .
