Anita (Annette,) A. Lee

Annette was born September 8, 1949 in the Bronx, New York. She passed away at Haven Hospice, Lake City, Florida surrounded by her loving family on March 12, 2025.

Annette lived a full life dedicated to serving those closest to her. She will be remembered for her love of family, her endless tenacity, her big love for kitty cats, and feeding people! Nobody was ever hungry around her. Her famous “Baked Ziti” was loved among many.

Annette was preceded in death by her parents Ettore and Yolanda Samblich and her sisters Mary and Yolanda. Annette is survived by her husband of 45 years, James C. Lee and their children and families, Sandra and Chris Kennelly, Laura Lee, Debra Valladares, Jay Lee, Justin and Tarah Lee, Rachel and Cody Collins, and their grandchildren Mercedes Stevens, Jonny and Tommy Valladares, Curtis and Renee Lee, Levi Collins and great grandchildren Miranda Ecochardt and Carson Turner.

At her request, Annette will be cremated and the family will be having a quiet memorial at a family residence. In much loving memory to our beloved matriarch, you will forever be missed.
