Roy W. Bell of Live Oak Florida, 66 passed away on September 10, 2018 @ Baya Pointe Nursing Home in Lake City Florida. He was the Widow of Dorothy Diane Skinner Bell. They were Married for 36 years.
Born in Chicago, Illinois he was the son of the Late Clarence Walter and Marian Bell. He was employed with the State of Florida Department of Correction for 25 years and retired in 2011. He and his wife also owned a Ceramic shop in Live Oak where they gained many friends. His hobbies were making Jewelry, crafts and wood working. He loved spending time with his wife and thought the WORLD of his Grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years Dorothy Diane Skinner Bell and His parents Clarence Walter and Marian Bell.
He was Survived by his Daughters, Wendy (Clint) Lashley and Jacquelyn (Joe) Watson both of Live Oak, Fl. 4 Grandsons, David Lashley, Tyler Hamilton, Thomas Lashley, and Wyatt Watson. 1 Granddaughter Kynslie Watson. 1 Brother Duane R. Bell (Margaret) of Elmhurst, IL and 3 Sisters Bonita Bell DeMartini (Ray) of Mundelein, IL, Lynn Bell Hogeland (Rahn) of Trinity, AL, and Nancy Bell Archer (Nathan) of Danville AL.
A Memorial Service has been set for September 14, 2018 @11 am at Tiger Lake Baptist Church in Live Oak, FL. Officiating Pastor Melvin Owen
