Bruce Cook

Bruce H. Cook, 66, passed away peacefully at home in Live Oak, FL on June 9th, 2022. Born in Pennsylvania on Nov. 29, 1955, to parents Beverly & Harley Cook. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Dottie Cook. Mother Beverly Roebuck. Brother, Dale Cook. Daughters, Stacy (Todd), Wendy (Chris), Brandy (Billy), Cindy (Billy). Son, Bruce (Katelynn). 9 step siblings, 4 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law. 5 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 3 great-granddaughters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and the many friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, grandson Lincoln and great granddaughter Rosemary. Bruce was an avid gardener. His knowledge of plants was amazing and became very good with Bonzai plants. For the past 21 years, Bruce’s passion was art. He became a well-known artist under the name of BD COOK. He created thousands of pieces of original, unique art. His art is in many collections. He was very generous donating art to many different charities.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Amvets Post 15 in Ft. Pierce, FL on July 23, 2022, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Arrangements trusted to ICS Cremation and Funeral Home.
